Policies

General

  • A complimentary “Meet and Greet” consultation is required to meet you and your animals in order to better understand your needs.
  • Extra fees will be charged for changes made that are unknown prior to the first visit (Example: another pet added after the Meet and Greet).
  • No refunds for early returns except in special circumstances.

Cancellations

  • A deposit of 50% of the total approximate charges is required in order to the reserve dates for overnight stays. *
  • Holidays and Summer (Memorial Day weekend through Labor Day weekend) : cancellations up to two weeks prior to the scheduled arrival, receives a half refund of the deposit. There is no refund if cancelled within two weeks.
  • Other days NOT holidays or during the summer: Cancellations up to one week prior to the first scheduled arrival, receives a half refund of the deposit. There is no refund if cancelled within one week.
  • The balance of the fee is due upon arrival.
  • If the balance is not paid by my departure, a late fee of $5 per day will begin to be applied

* I will continue to ‘pencil’ in your dates while you plan. And contact you when another client is asking for your dates. The deposit ‘locks in’ your dates so I can reply to others that I am no longer available.
